PCO Driver COMPANY CAR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE North and East London

247 Airport Transfer is looking for Drivers interested in working with a PCO Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle provided by the company. The vehicles are licensed as a Private Hire Vehicles in London. We are looking for reliable PCO licensed drivers from North and East London who can commit to a school run and in between to do the rest of the jobs with a company car.

The driver prices vary between £300 and £600 per week from the school run alone. Being a school run driver with a company vehicle will also get you priority on the allocation of airport jobs, if any, that match your school run.

What We Offer:

-8-Seater FORD WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE (2018 model)
-Commission-Based Rental Agreement (43% Weekly Commission):
-23% from job earnings and 20% for vehicle rental
-Responsibility for fuel or vehicle charging (electric vehicle options available)
-£300 refundable deposit, which can be deducted from your first pay

Requirements:

-PCO Licensed Drivers (with a clean record, no more than 6 points on your driving license)
-Minimum Work Commitment:
-5 days per week with 12-hour shifts or 6 days per week with 10-hour shifts
-Complete at least 4 jobs per day and 20 jobs per week
-Availability to work with a Passenger Assistant on school runs (Monday to Friday, 2 trips per day)
-Training: All drivers must complete MIDAS training and be prepared to handle wheelchair-accessible jobs assigned by local authorities
-Deposit: A refundable deposit of £300 (payable in advance or deducted from your first pay check)
-Exclusivity: You must commit to working exclusively for our company

Benefits:
-Annual PHV license renewal
-2 MOT checks per year
-Service checks, including tyre changes (normal wear and tear)

-Full-time, stable work with predictable weekly income
-Vehicle provided for the duration of the contract
-The vehicle comes with a school run contract that is Monday to Friday, with 2 trips per day, with a Passenger Assistant to help you out.

Part of the Documents Needed to Apply:
-Copy of Passport/ID
-Enhanced CRB/DBS check (must be no older than 3 years)
-NINO and UTR number
-Driving License (with no more than 6 penalty points)
-London PCO License and badge
-Proof of address (other than your driving license)

Your Role:
As a PCO driver for 247 Airport Transfer, you’ll be responsible for providing safe, professional, and efficient transport in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

Reporting to the Manager, your role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient service. You will utilize your core driving skills and premium driving experience, along with relevant skills to communicate effectively with clients. Responsibilities

*Safely operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations.
*Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
*Conduct pre-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
*Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety.
*Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch to provide updates and address any concerns.
*Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance as required.

Pay:
£300 to £1,000+ per week (depends on the number of jobs completed)
