About the Role
Fiorenza Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our established Italian restaurant in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional with strong culinary and leadership skills to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment, delivering authentic Italian cuisine to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality, authentic Italian dishes
Support the development of seasonal menus in collaboration with management
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and food cost control
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Chef in a 5-star dining environment or similar hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, including cheeses, meats, oils, wines, and traditional cooking techniques
Proven leadership and team-working abilities
Experience working in a high-pressure kitchen environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to career development in high-end restaurants
Demonstrated ability to uphold high culinary and operational standards
Salary & Benefits
