Looking for 1 experienced multi trader for void property works.

📍 Location: CB10
📅 Start: Tomorrow (ASAP)
💷 Rate: £200 per day
⏳ Duration: Ongoing / void works program

Works include:
Kitchen fitting
Door maintenance and replacement
Toilet seat and shower fixture changes
Internal door replacement
Painting
Floor laying
Filling and sanding
General making good for new tenants

Requirements:
Proven multi-trade experience
Own tools & PPE
Reliable and able to work independently
Experience working in void properties preferred
